I was / am having the same problem as Jennifer. The microphone was greyed out when I checked (wish I knew this sooner) and I have switched it so it’s green. Hope that solves the problem now. Lost a lot of great videos unfortunately not knowing this.

Hi @disqus_MVIz1NkLhd:disqus – can you check that your have allowed access to the microphone? It’s under the Apple Settings App > Privacy > Microphone > ProCamera ON. Please let me know if that helps.
